Propeller Tab (Fin) on SX-M Outdrive?

I need to adjust the little fin (Sorry forgot the nomenclature) in front of the Impeller on my SX-M Outdrive. I used to have the info but cant find it. Does anyone have the information?

It lays out the instructions. If you HAVE power steering you don't need it FYI.
