Propeller turning clicking sound

I broke my propeller last week, now it comes with a clicking sound when I manually turn it (each turn), and it will stop turning right away when I stop to pull it.

is this normal?

please ignore my above post. and I do have a question:

when I spin the propeller manually, it stops right away when I stop. I watched some videos on youtube, looks like the propeller should spin a few more rounds before stops.

what should I do?

one more question, do I need to change the "upper" unit oil? only instruction in the manual is to change the lower one. thanks.
