Propeller won't come off

I've got a SS prop on a Volvo 280 outdrive, that seems to be stuck on, seems the previous owner didn't grease or regularly remove the prop, I've got penertrating oil on the shaft, and have tried tappinf the prop blades with a wooden block to try to get this prop off ... any other suggestion's ... help!

How about loosening the prop nut a few turns and replace the cotter pin. Then take the boat out for a spin. Don't forget to run in reverse a few times. Might be what it needs to loosen up.

Well, I got the prop off, took a heat gun to the area were the splines are, and it came off reluctantly, the prop is a Michigan Wheel #ssv-192-0 or c could tell,any info on this prop, went to the MW website and couldn't find any info.
