Re: Propeller????
The proper prop should be selected based on the maximun rpm the engine reaches at full throttle. The rpm should be within the manufacturers recommended range.

For more info on "WHY", click this link:

http://www.iboats.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=36;t=000015

So if your current prop is getting you in the recommended range, then you are good to go.

If you are at the high end of the range, you will get a better holeshot and come onto plane easier.

If you are not able to get into the range, you run the risk of over stressing your motor.

So, what diameter and pitch is your current prop?
WHat rpm's do you reach at full throttle?

You asked which prop for fishing. Do you plan on trolling with this motor?
If so, prop the motor to reach the higher end of the recommended range. If the boat goes too fast at idle, then check into getting a drift sock to slow the boat down for trolling.

The recommended range for your motor is 4750 - 5250 rpm.
Aim for 5200 rpm with your normal load in the boat.

If you post what your current rpm are, and your prop size, we can recommend what size prop would be better.
