proper method for adding trim fluid?

hello, my Power tilt is slowly leaking down and i just wanted to ask before i do something stupid and watch my motor slam down on the transom. I ahve a 1992 200 Johnson gt with the fast-trak trim system. What is the correct method for checking/adding trim fluid? thanks for the help,<br /><br />Steve

1. Run the tilt all the way up.<br /><br />2. Remove the fill/level screw. It is about half way up the mainfold body.<br /><br />3. Fill until fluid drips out of the fill/vent hole.<br /><br />4. Cycle engine up and down a few times.<br /><br />5. Check and refill, if necessary.
