proper trim fill procedure 2007 sx-a

2007 SX-A with external trim pump.

repaired the @#$%&ing white glued in plug leak on housing

need proper fill procedure for this trim system.

do i start with unit up or down, i understand it is self bleeding.

i did search around and didnt see exacally what i was looking for, just dont want to burn up my pump
