55hp evinrude model# 55773D<br />SN# E0007642<br /><br />With the prop off i can move the propshaft in a forward/ backward direction, well about 1/8 of an inch.<br />about the thickness of two quaters ( money) on top of each other.<br /><br />Is this excessive?<br />the up and down movement seems ok ( very little)<br /><br />I hope it's in spec but I have my doubts<br /><br />Thanks you guys, Darian
