Protecting hydraulic lines

My trim cylinder lines have been rubbing on the pivot housing and are starting to expose the lines braiding. Any ideas on how to better protect them? I'm thinking of some sort of cover like a split piece of line slipped over the portion that runs. Not sure how to keep it in place since I don't want to use clamps or zip ties because the they too will rub on the pivot housing.

a bit of 5200 into the split hose before you push it over?

That's not a bad idea. Was also thinking maybe a piece of split hose that's really long so that maybe it won't move as much or even if it did it may still cover the bad part

Depending on the size of the end fittings? Put a SS spring around it.

Crack your line coupler and pivot the line so it does not rub??

I'm sorry. I don't follow...
Loosen the compression fitting on one end, and twist the line slightly until it no longer wants to touch anything.
Hold that twist while you re-tighten the fitting. The hoses should not have been rubbing anything in the first place.
It is a compression fitting, it does not need to be tightened to the extreme.
Don't over do it! If it isn't leaking, it's tight enough.
