Hey there
I’m running a 2020 2075 ProVbass bench style with a 250hp ProXS. Late last year It seemed either I was burning significantly more gas or my gauge may have a fault. This spring I changed the plugs, fuel filter and regular oil change, tank was full before I winterized. While idling noticed my smart craft gauge and my analog gauge would slowly decrease fuel %. I went out for a short ride where before my needle would barely move if at all and now it goes down 20% or so. My gph at 30mph are around 6.3-7.0 which is normal in my experience.
I’m wondering if anyone knows the exact location of the fuel sending unit as I am thinking this could be faulty giving me poor gas reservoir readings. Unless someone here suggests something else to look into..?
I read someone had an experience where when they used SeaFoam it affected their float. I use seafoam every fall before my last trip of the season
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated
