PS cooler

I have a new Mercruiser 4.3L and will try to do winterization myself.I have the Mercruiser service manual and they do not mention draining the cooler in the winterization or PS sections but I have seen many references to it on this forum.I have the standard thru the O/D cooling system.There are 5 drain plugs on the block,exhaust and circlation pump hose.Does this arrangement take care of itself?

Sumcat, I had thought there was a drain plug on the PS cooler. If not, dump some straight antifreeze down the raw water hose, and watch for it to appear at the water intakes on the outdrive.
