Psi testing outdrive

I would like to psi test my outdrive while I have it removed, I need help with a couple of things:<br />1. how much psi should I apply to the unit?<br />2. do I psi test using the dipstick hole or the drain plug hole?<br />3. should the outdrive be filled or empty?<br /><br />any help would be appreciated <br /><br />1988 penta model 275

5 psi for 2-3 minutes. If no loss, then, 15 psi for 10 minutes. Gauge should not lose more than 2 psi in second test.<br /><br />Drain plug.<br /><br />Empty.
