PTT problems

ok, I have the old style PTT pump (external) with the single external solenoid. have a new PTT motor, new solenoid and new PTT switch, still doesn't work!!!!!!!!!
see attached and make sure I wired it correctly.

What a mess. Green is down. Blue is up. Red is power for switch.

Red never just splices to green or blue.

I think there is a TNT wire diagram in the sticky.

Ill look for a wiring diagram on here, but this is the original wiring harness, no splicing has been done, red from battery to solenoid, red from trim switch to same side solenoid as hot wire, green wire from motor to switch, blue wire from switch to small solenoid stud, ground wire from other small solenoid stud to battery.

update, grounded the solenoid to something metal and it started "clicking" only when I hit the up button, nothing on the down button
