I have a 18 ft fishmaster with a 115 Suzuki 4 stroke. It always want to pull very hard to the right. If I were to let go the wheel it would turn hard right
as soon as I let go the wheel. I thought if I were to adjust the fin by the prop it might help. However the only adjustments I can make is by putting it in the stright position or to the right it can't be adjusted left. Any answers.
When I say to the left or the right, that is the directions looking at the motor
from behind the boat on land. Thanks for any help in advance ! ! !

Re: Pulling Hard to Right

Thats why we use port and starboard so left and right isn't confused. Using your terms the tab needs to be adjusted to the right a little at a time until the pull is gone.

Re: Pulling Hard to Right

The fin needs to go in the direction of the pull. So if the boat is pulling to startboard, the fin needs to be moved to starboard as well.
