purchasing a pontoon boat

I am an absolute beginner in the boat purchasing area. My general question is the dealers brochure listed the the price of a crestliner then the ad says he gave a discount and it is now selling at a certain price. Do you haggle with them or just accept the price. It is a crestliner 2081 20' selling for 12,900 with a 60Hp. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
