Sorry about your motor.

You can call iboats on the phone to place the order.

I and my father have both bought small motors from iboats.
Other than a dirty sparkplug, no problems at all.

If you don't have your own business, you will have to arrange for it to be delivered to a business so FedEx Freight will deliver it.
I had mine dropped at the car dealer down the road. Dad had his delivered to the local hardware store.

Generally speaking, no. They want a business with a loading dock and easy access for a tractor trailer.

FedEx Freight delivered mine in a regular route truck, no loading dock at the dealership or the hardware store. Your motor will only weigh about 80#, so they shouldn't need a dock.
Just ask for details when you call them.

As a matter of fact, the delivery truck stopped at my house and dropped off 2 packages, then went to the dealership to drop off my motor. I followed it. Go figure.

It took about two weeks from order to delivery.

Re: purchasing an outboard

I ordered a rebuilt powerhead for my inline six Merc. It was about 125 lbs with crate. The DHL guy delivered (likely literally dropped it off) it to my house. When it was time to send the core back, I helped the DHL guy load it into his van. A small OB motor shouldn't be an issue.
