ok, heres what i want to do, my redneck friend deceided this is the easiest and cheapest way to kill three birds with one stone. I needed 3 things to complete the redneck yacht i have. 1 was a cooler, 2 was a working livewell with plumbing, and 3 was a seat for my helm. Ok, have this very large cooler, he deceided best thing to do was use the exsisting plumbing from the leaning post livewell that was in my boat, cut a hole in the cooler and use it as the livewell, bait well, cooler, and seat. Now this could possible work fine, as there is a seperator in there that i can section off a part for bait and a part for live fish, and its plumbed to a pump in my boat at the trnasom. My question is this...

how do i secure this? i can take care of any leaks inside by coating the washers and SS lag bolts with RtV, but i am worried about my deck, it will need replacing in a few years most likely but right now its fine, i dont want to accelerate the decay if i puncture the deck with screws. how should i anchor this thing to the floor?
