PVC material

I am looking to add some lights to my boat. I have the lights but I need some PVC fabric to attach mounts to the tubes and maybe secure the wires. Basically I need some round patches and some strips, either black or Zodiac red. I have the glue and everything, but I cannot find just the material outside of a repair kit.

At one time I found a place on the 'net, but I can't seem to find it again.

Hi what kind of light are you talking, navigation or just regular ones if navigation this a good source http://www.wholesalemarine.com/c/390005074/Inflatable+Boat+Lights.html not that I've use them but look good and affordable.
