A friend gave me working removed Pyle Marine stereo/cd after an upgrade to his boat. It's a common model PLCD16MRWB from 2009. The label doesn't tell which spot the wires belong and the red power, yellow power, and black ground are missing from the plug from when removed. Great help if anyone can tell me the pin assignments. top and bottom pics attached. Thnks much all.

You sure there missing, the only wire I think is not the right color is yellow. Look up the unit and the wiring shows 7 coax or double feeds (RCA red/wht, AUX red/wht, CD, Remote, Antenna) http://www.pyleaudio.com/sku/PLCD16MRWB

the manual schematic is poorly drawn - it's a flat image without showing which wire goes where on the plug - I am hoping someone has the unit and can shoot a pic of the plug or say the red-fused wire goes here, yellow backup goes here and the ground goes there. Thanks for the pointer. The reason I know wires got torn off b/c the metal sheaths were left behind in the vacant slots of the plug - can't see them but they are there.

Agree hope someone can advise. If someone doesn't answer, I would remove the cover off the head unit and look inside. The Ground and main power should be easy to see. The yellow stay alive may be the one to loo around for. Have a good one

Okay - completing my own line here. It dawned on me that all I really needed was to ID the ground wire and the chassis should be grounded. In fact it was to the 15th pin in the attached picture (5th pin on 2nd row when the blue fuse is below the plug). Anyway just set my ohmmeter at 200 and touch one lead to chassis and other lead to pins until it display a load, and not an error or OL. SoundAround, the company supporting Pyle does not answer technical support line during regular business hours and has a fake web customer support interface- two different attempts, no confirmation of anything via email. Glad I didn't buy this thing.
