I am getting a(nother) new prop from here and I am fairly confused. The merc service manual suggested a 11.5x13, and the first time I bought a Michigan Match of this size. It worked great but since I destroyed it the first day out, I decided to try a genuine Merc this time. Merc Parts Express substitutes the 11.5x13 (48-61818A1) with a 10-3/8x13 (QA2078R). Is the smaller diameter OK?<br /><br />So I am looking at the QA2078R (here on iboats, of course), however, that is the old hub style. I'd like to go ahead and get a prop with the Flo Torq 2 hub but I can't determine which of the Black Max props will work with my 72 3 cyl 650. When I go to the 10-3/8x13 in the Black Max line, the description says "10 spline" and only lists small HP engines. The spline thing is confusing as it seems like that would be a function of the Flo Torq 2 hub insert and not the prop itself. <br /><br />Thanks,<br />E
