Hey Need an oil seal for my QD-16. Talked to my local johnson dealer and they said the part isn't available anymore. Wondering if anyone knows where to get one.

It is a pretty safe bet that those numbers have been superceded by new numbers. Once you find the newest number, there is a good chance that they are available right here at iboats.
How do I find the newest part number?
Also on another note I have a 56 Ad-10 7.5hp and I've noticed that it has pretty much the same amount of power as my QD-16 10hp. I talked to my grandfather who owned the QD-16 and he said that it was always a bit of a bogger.
Is this typical of that engine or is there something i should look for. it runs good. lots of spark just pretty gutless.

41-62 supersedes up thru 307563 to part #321788 and appears to still be available.
302495 is still a good number BUT has been listed as being unavailable since 1987. However, I strongly suspect that many dealers would still have this seal in stock.
Unfortunately, I have neither left in my remaining stock.
Run a search via Google, possibly something will turn up.
