Question about a yamaha 4 hp year

Hello, linked below is a youtube video of a 4 hp Yamaha..I was wondering if anyone here knows what year or approximately what year this motor is? Reason im asking is I am looking at one of these in my area to possibly purchase and the seller said he thinks its a 1991 but im just not sure..It looks nearly like new condition so low hours for sure just uncertain of the year. To me it looks newer then 1991.

this engine is also branded mariner in some markets I think, if so we had the mariners and I would have though 91 was roughly correct. Most Yamahas have a year plate...

if you get the full number, yamaha 4**** below it will be a number, this was usualy year, batch, shift built.
