Question about Alpha 1 Gen shaft seal?

I have a Upper that I am trying to reseal. I ordered the Sierra 18-2644 seal kit from Iboats.com. The issue I have is that my housing has 3 single lip seals 2 are 1.375 ODx.875 ID and the top one is 2.000 ODx 1.250 ID. The seal kit had 3 seals the same 1.375 OD x .875 ID 2 are single lip and one is a thicker dbl lip seal. Did I get the right seal if so how do they go in?
