Question for replacing gaskets

I just bought a 1984 Sea Spirit 18ft boat. It came with a 1984 OMC Stern Drive 3.8L motor. When I bought it, the previous owner said the exhaust gasket needs to be replaced. I plan to do this next month when my schedule opens up, but I want to order everything first. My question is; while I am replacing the exhaust gasket, what other ones should I replace as well? Intake manifold? cylinder head?

**Note** The motor runs, but I want to make sure it will be set for the next few years.

Any specific reason why you only do the ones leaking instead of doing more than that? I'm use to tractors where we replace all of them at once.

Ayuh,..... If the other gaskets ain't leakin', why open that can of worms,.....

When I go in that deep, I just do a full on rebuild, rather than just swappin' gaskets,.....

The gaskets you mention should last the life of the motor,.....

if you have the bat-wing manifolds, plan on replacing them.

Thank you for that information. I will plan on replacing the once I know I need to and will go from there. Thank you for your help.
