question for rodbolt

Hi Rodbolt: I was looking at the oil rod link earlier today on my Yamaha OX 66 and I saw earlier on some of your posts that you are supposed to check to see if the plastic pieces are cracked--as I was looking today, I noticed that the plastic piece where the pump is, is OK, however, when I followed the rod up to the intake silencer, there is another plastic piece there, it looks like it broke in half --there is a significant gap between where the linkage is supposed to rest against the stop at the oil pump. the clip at the throttle arm is a removable clip. it usually does not break.<br /> a picture would be best about now
