Question on 30hp 4 stroke?

Question, I was changing the oil in it, and right by the dip stick there is
a tube with a air valve on it and a cap. What is this used for?

I have a 25hp efi......this is the same motor as mine. I think what you see is part on the fuel rail...its called the Schrader valve. It has a cap similar to one on a tire valve. This is where you take pressure readings or release pressure fom the fuel rail. I hope this helps.
