Question on adjustable pitch prop

Just wondering if anyone has ever herd of an adjustable pitch prop, and if anyone has used them, and how do they work, i am looking at finding some info on these and where to buy one if anyone knows a good place to find them.

i would save your money them things break with high horseys pushing good for little light boat. adjustable prop would be like adjustable tires on your car junk someone out there will tell you there good i was pulling a tube with 2 guys in it and blew a blade right off in 10 ft of water couldnt beleive it
