My Crestliner Muskie-16 has 2 inlets and 2 outlets for fresh air for the motor well. There is only one blower connected to one of the outlets, is this correct? Should there be blowers for both outlets/exhaust? Are the inlets suppose to have no blower attached? Thanks!

as far as I know 1 blower per engine to expel gas fumes the rest are just vents for normal operation

The vent hose should go to the floor of the bilge. Gas fumes are heavy and settle to the low point. The blower sucks the fumes out of the bilge. The other vents will pressurize the somewhat enclosed engine bay also forcing air out of the low point of the bilge, when the boat is moving forward.
