Question on Cleaning Toons?

well i just bought a 2002 pontoon and the toons have some stains on them like where the water line was atand i was curious does anyone know of any cleaner that can clean it off and make them look new, i really dont wanna use any kind of acid on them so maybe yall will know. i already power washed it and they arent coming clean so if u know of any cleaner please let me know!
