Hello fellow iboaters - I have been stocking up on parts for my winter project and am in the process of buying the gimbal bearing. I plan to replace all bellows, bearing, etc at the same time. I have read that I should use a sealed bearing so as not to worry about greasing.

iboats sells this bearing the following linked bearing. Is this the sealed version? I am not sure by looking at it. Boat is a '92 Alpha One Gen II. Thanks for your input on this.

Yes, it is the sealed gimbal. The allen set screw is to replace the Zerk so grease can't be pumped in with no where to go.

If mine ever needs to be replaced again, I would still look for a greasable one. I see no advantage getting a sealed one.
