Question re 24ft Bayliner Capri

I am thinking about buying a 24ft Bayliner Capri with a 350 hp inboard. Dose anyone have experience with this model boat? NAD price is around $14,000. Owner wants $16K based on accessories thrown in and two new captain's chairs. Any thoughts on whether I should buy this boat?

No way I would buy a boat in this market for OVER book value.....I don't care what accessories he threw in.

As already mentioned, we need a lot more info before we can offer even vaguely intelligent advice.

With that much money on the line, a marine survey and mechanical inspection by professionals are definitely the way to go.
