i have a 99 70 johnson, a friend told me i could tune mine up to 90 horse. he said it was same block etc as the 90 , is this true, if so what all has to be done

You'll have to contact Harry Potter. The 70 is the largest inline and the 90 is the smallest V. How your friend figures a V-4 has the same block as your inline triple defies all the physical laws I've been taught about. :rolleyes:

go here look up the engine diagrams, and parts list and compare. rarely is it financially feasible, and logical.

when i bought motor friend told me it was same block as the 90s , no big deal to me either way, was just curious thats all.. thanks for the replys
