What spark plug should I be using. The one in the manual is no longer available and the crossover NGK b7s I cant find.<br /><br />What size prop nut and cotter pin?

The one in the manual, the Champion J4J, is no longer made. The only slightly different Champion J4C is a perfect replacement though. They should be gapped at .030".<br />The NGK B7S is pretty hard to find, and the B7HS is a little to long in the threaded part. It's best to stick with the Champion plugs for your engine - some people have found the NGK's disappointing in OMC engines.
