Questions on Bravo Three props I just got - Cleaning and application

Yesterday I gambled on buying a couple of props at a garage sale since they felt much heavier than regular props and I thought they may be worth a bit of money...hopefully I did o.k. but time will tell.

They are Bravo Three: 48-823663 & 48-823664 22P.

I was hoping to figure out a couple of things on these now.

First...they seem to have the matte finish, only a few scratches from being handled etc and a little dirt / grime from hands...no dings or bends on the blades at all.
I am not sure what the matte finish is made with though....will it rub off if I am not careful when I go to clean them?
Any suggestions on cleaning them will be appreciated.

Also, is there a specific out drive these are made for? I have never had an inboard so have no idea on anything related to them yet.

Thank you.

Those are made for a Mercury/Mercruiser Bravo III 22 pitch. They should be stainless steel. I wonder if they are covered with anti-fouling paint. I would try using soap and water along with a toothbrush. Type in the serial numbers and you find them for sale, new and used, on ebay.
