how do i richen up the carbs i boughta rebuild kit and installed everything but im not sure where is a good starting point to set the carbs as far as how many turns on the screw
1 turn out to start. Set both the same. They'll end-up between 7/8 and 1-1/4 once fine tuned. Fine tune in gear and in the water. They need to be set on the rich side or the motor will bog on acceleration.
