quick advise: outdoor temps and laying poly resin

I have a half gallon left of poly resin and a lot of glassing left to do inside the boat but outdoor temps sharply dove down to average 60 to 65 degrees the past week here in Michigan.

I am working in the open air outdoors. No access to a garage.

What is the lowest temp I am able to get a good cure out of polyester resin? Can I add more MEK Peroxide and still have it kick at 60 degrees?

I cannot find this information in any FAQs I've looked at so far.

yup you can darren.....

60 deg isnt that bad...so dont go to heavy on the cat.

a trick you can do is use a big work light to "fool" the resin ,glass and substraight.

heat the substraight with a light....keep the resin warm till you are gonna use it....

but you are fine at those temps just go a little heavyer on the cat but not much...stay below the 2.5 mark

Thanks, oops. :)

It looks like its going to sprinkle today but if its good tomorrow I'll jump right in the boat and use up the rest of that resin.
