Can anyone recommend a replacement I should use on my boat or tell me how to repair throttle only button?

Throttle only button doesn't work and it makes boat hard to start. Ive tried finding something online for repair but I cant find how to do it and some have told me I cant repair it. I have a 1982 Mariner 150

Did you ever get help on this? I have the same controller, handle is stripped. Button works fine, but missing button.
