Quick Silver throttle

I had my boat out this week end and the boat ran good and then when I shut it down for a while the boat wouldn't restart I could push up on the throttle and play with it a little and it would start then after a while it wouldn't start at all and the throttle up button in all the way in and will not come out can anyone help please.
