Hello, and thanks to anyone who responds to this thread on a Memorial Day you absolutely rock. My 3000 shifter never quite worked well and I was not sure what the issue was but purchased new cables. Now as I have the control box open I am questioning maybe the clutch itself. Issue was that getting into gear was a little problematic, then from gear to throttle was a bit stuck and I always surged. I am posting a video to detail what the issue is and whether any parts or the control itself is due for upgrade. It looks reasonably solid and not worn but sloppy when in gear.
