Quicksilver 3000 throttle only button will not disengage throttle lever.

When I press the throttle only button to disengage the throttle lever to start the engine the throttle lever will not disengage. Everything else works fine. Are there drawings of the a Quicksilver 3000 throttle control available? Quicksilver 3000 is a single side mount with throttle only button located in center of throttle lever, trim switch at top and trailer switch in lower right corner.
