I have a 1984 Black Max with a quicksilver throttle. Its the type that only the throttle and the lever stick out the key is separate (on dash) the lever is very loose and I tightened it only to have the disengage feature not work. Any one worked on these? The throttle also backs off at about any speed. Everything is behind the side of the boat..cept the faceplate and lever
