It's not too difficult. I R&R'd mine and am not a mechanic (brother is a mechanic and did the rebuild). Can't help on the motor specifics, but in general, there are only 4 bolts, some wires, and a few hose clamps holding it down. Pull the outdrive first, label and disconnect all wires and hoses, remove the two bellhousing bolts that hold the bellhousing to the transom assembly, remove the engine mount nut on either side and pull. I built a 12' tall sawhorse and a hoist from harbor freight. Lokk down the list for a thread by SeaSprite. It has a lot of info in it.
