Rack Storage Charges

Just curious on what folks were paying for rack storage?<br /><br />I made some calls today for my 23' outboard CC - and the results were:<br /><br />County Marina (Miami-Dade Fl) - Inside barn = $350/mo ($250/mo outside)with a 6 month minimum and pay 1st & last up front.<br /><br />Key Largo - Inside = $210/mo no minimum.<br /><br />Seems outrageous, especially for the county marina, but that is what they are getting.

Thats about the same $$$ that I was quoted about a month ago for my 21 cc... $200 and up... Way up! Depends on their location too... <br /><br />Your County marina's looking for $350-$250 sound a bit steep... I wonder what they get for fuel? Probably don't want to know... <br /><br />That $210 for Key Largo sounds pretty good even if ya have a bit of a drive to get there...

man for that kind of money here you can get a year round slip... slips run up to about 90/foot here...<br /><br />cant really leave an OB in the water year round here tho
