Radio Noise after Plugs, Cap and Rotor change ??

Good day, After changing plugs and cap and rotor on my 2000 5.0 M/C carbed engine I am now getting noise through the speakers. Not very loud just annoying. What should I check?

Did you the same brand and part number spark plugs?

Make sure the plug wires are pushed all the way on the cap and the spark plugs.

Will do Don, Thanks very much....Do you advise using Dielectric (sp) on insides of the ends?

A small amount of dilectric grease on the leading edge and on the trailing edge (not on the top and not on the circumference) of the rotor blade may help.

Make sure the plug wires are pushed all the way on the cap and the spark plugs.

Man, I wish I knew to check that a few years ago. I had a similar noise problem, but gave up finding it. This might have helped.
