radio shack fish finder

I was in radio shack and they had a fish finder it was about 40$ has any one had any experince with this unit

Went on their website and took a look at it. Not a bad looking little rig. If it works would be perfect for a small boat or shoreline. I have never had a complaint with Radio Shack's stuff but I am interested in seeing if anyone has bought this unit and what they think.
