Just like the title says. the transom bracket on my 115 johnson is blocking my splash well from draining. It drains very slowly, I could drill a new drain but i don't like the idea of opening another possible moisture entrance point in my 37 year old transom. also the splash well is angled toward the center so the water runs to the drain hole, so holes drilled outside of the bracket edges wouldn't drain properly. Maybe a bilge pump for the slash well?

Pics?

I'd drill a new hole and seal it with PVC and 5200

Can you drill a hole in the bottom of the well & pipe it sideways to the transom?
