We are looking at buying an older Ranger Bass Boat and 85 hp Spirit motor-probably a '79 model. Does anyone have any comments on these motors? I am reading that Spirit is made by Suzuki-are they generally reliable? Any recurring problems with them? Any notes on the Ranger Boat? Thanks for your help!!
