I have a 1979 SeaRay 36' SRV. This boat has an original Raritan Crown Converter/ battery charger that no longer charges. Upon contacting Raritan, I was informed the "only" person remaining in the Raritan company who knew how to repair this equipment has died. So Raritan no longer manufactures or repairs these converters.

I live in Suffolk County, on long Island, NY, and am looking for information where I may have my Raritan Crown Converter repaired. Can anyone help?

Re: Raritan Crown Converter

The unit is 35 years old. I would just simply buy a new one vs trying to repair your old charger Technology has come a long way in battery maintenance in the last 35 years
