Raytheon GPS tracking issues

I recently bought a new to me boat that has the Raytheon Pathfinder RL70C Radar, and I am having issues with it tracking.I know the GPS works, because its location is correct, but when I get moving, the cursor stays in the same spot and doesnt track.
Has anyone had this issue before? If so, how was it corrected?
Someone mentioned to me that there is a fuse in the radar dome. Does that sound correct?
