Re-gluing the hard bottom to the PVC tubes

I have never read anything so far, addressing this type of repair, fiberglass to PVC. I have for the past two years used shrink wrap tape to keep the seperation closed. But as with any 11 year old PVC boat, all the seams are going to seperate eventually. But I would still like to re-glue the bottom to buy more time.

Is not only re gluing tubes to hard bottom, will also need to reglue bow & both lateral patches that holds tubes to under hull's edges if you want perfection as was factory assembled. It's a hell of time & job regluing if you plan to do it yourself, add expensive handlabor cost if done at a work shop.

What I'd like to know is, do you use the same glue and techniques for the two PVC surfaces when gluing the PVC to the fiberglass? Also, I just priced the PVC material at Port Inflatables of NY. $200 for an 18" X 54" That's funny! At the NY boat show they told me "come in and we will take care of you". The shrink wrap tape is looking better and better. Sea Rider, I am referring to the Lateral patches Thanks,

If the rib has pvc tubes and accesories must use same pvc 2 part glue to bond whatever part needs to...

Don't have the slight idea..check boat stores that sells inflatable repair kits : Iboats, West Marine, Defender..

The going rate to a consumer is $25.00 per square foot...But, there are many manufacturers and some of the crap is double that.
