Does anybody know about that Carlton Sheets "No money down" real estate deal that they offer on T.V.? I ordered this course about 5 years ago, (yeah, I know, they got me), and never even watched it, or tried it. Is this one of them to good to be true deals, or is it for real? Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it.

I am just trying to find a way to earn a little extra income in my spare time.

I have also heard you guys, (and gals), talk about selling on Ebay, I know nothing about this, where can I go for some information? What do you sell? How do you sell? and so on, and so forth.

Re: Real Estate?

Carpy, there is a whole section on ebay for new people to learn how to sell.
Some great reading and very informative.

Also, just browse around and see what everyone else is selling.

Then try to locate you something you don't see much of and try it.

It ain't to awful high.

I think just regular ol stuff, you can list for around 2 bucks or so.

Motor vehicle and boats are higher though.

Re: Real Estate?

If the "Carlton Sheets 'No money down' real estate" system is so good why isn't he buying and re-selling real estate????

Answer, because he makes more money selling this system.

Regarding ebay, I've been selling there for over 4 years, I've even made money selling stuff I bought on eBay.

One secret is absolute honesty, period. :)

Carpy...There can definatly be big money in real estate but One wrong step though and it can set you back pretty bad.

I dont know his program but surley there are oyher options that are less risky.

Also keep in mind one day this real estate has to slow and that could leave investors holding a bag.

Carpy,

Not much on real estate. However, I will say this about ebay.

1. Start out small. You need to get a good feedback file going.

2. Communicate with your buyers and sellers-OFTEN. Never go for more than a day answering questions, providing shipping info, etc. It adds comfort to someone making a deal with someone they do not know.

Your feedback file will make or break you on ebay in a heartbeat.

Re: Real Estate?

as for Carlton sheets program I looked into it and found message boards with people who own it discussing the course. the gist of the no money down thing apparently is you are supposed to find a rich benefactor and get them to actually buy the property then you split the profits with them.

When I saw that I started wondering how did the people who were supposedly successful with the program. who look and act like they have an iq below 100 manage to get "rich" people to buy these houses for them. The only thing I could think of was they must have been targeting lottery winners who are not experianced in investing. or someone who was truly being a bennefactor and didn't care if they lost 10-100k

I found this site for an analysys of the program if it helps you any of course since you allready bought the program and you are interested in ebay you now have some thing you can sell on E BAY :)
